Rhiannon is a vibrant, gifted singer, composer and master teacher who has been bringing her potent blend of jazz, world music, improvisation and storytelling to audiences for three decades. In 1976 Rhiannon co-founded the groundbreaking all-female jazz quintet Alive! She is also a founding member of the innovative a cappella ensembles Voicestra with Bobby McFerrin, and SoVoSo. A Workshop with Rhiannon
Participate in the FUN! Learn to express your spirit in song.
Rhiannon works with body awareness, melody, harmony, language, and story while guiding you towards the heart and soul of your musical self. Working solo and in groups, develop the skills and courage to express your own spontaneous sound and discover how music can create community and change lives.
The workshop is Saturday, May 4 from 10 am - 1 pm at Augsburg College..
